Warehousing
Headquartered in Detroit, Fulex manages geographically dispersed and strategically located fulfillment centers across the U.S., including Michigan, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and San Diego, California.
Our fulfillment centers use Warehouse Management System (WMS) software and processes that allow us to control and administer logistics operations, including putaway, replenishment, and picking. It manages the movement and storage of products and reduces the amount of time and effort associated with supply chain logistics, enabling appropriate and effective handling of inventory storage tracked in real-time
Kitting Projects and Assembly
Kitting projects, also referred to as “product bundling”, is the packaging of at least two related items together to be sold as a “kit” and prepared for shipment. Your e-commerce business may need our kitting and assembly services if you’re working with multiple manufacturers sending separate pieces of your kit to our fulfillment centers. For example, some online retailers want to add a free gift, product sample, or marketing brochure to each shipment.
Creating special bundles, kits, or gift baskets can combine products in a way that’s valuable to your customers and help your company move more product. Transportation

We use a Transportation Management System (TMS) to help with manifesting shipments, finding rate quotes, and managing carriers. Our fulfillment centers have built-in inventory management software to provide real-time updates for the business owner and customer along the entire product journey.
Fulex uses software to optimize fulfillment, which includes automated processing, inventory tracking, and order management, among other things. We have package tracing from the time it leaves the fulfillment center until the time it arrives at the consignee. Using this technology to automatically track and view inventory levels in real-time all from a single dashboard is the best way to stay on top of your supply chain.
