How are my orders communicated to you?

What is your order fulfillment process?
Innovative order flow begins when an approved order is received from your shopping cart, customer service or inbound call centers. Every order is inspected and signed off by a member of our Quality Control Team to ensure the accuracy of each order. Our systems are scalable to handle 50 to 150,000 orders per month with the ability to manage multi-channel distribution and continuity orders.
What type of products does Fulex handle?
We handle all types of products with the exception of environmentally hazardous substances and those products of questionable ethical or moral content. Popular products are nutraceuticals, promotional products, toys, gaming, CD’s, DVD’s, books, beverages, supplements, apparel, literature and the list continues.
What’s the average turnaround time for fulfillment of order?
Orders received in Michigan by 1:00pm EST ship the same day. Orders received in California by 1:00pm PST ship the same day.
Is my company big enough for fulfillment services like these?

Can I split my inventory and use both warehouses? (Michigan & California)
Yes, using both warehouses will cut down on cost of shipping and time in transit. All inventory and orders are accessed through your online login control panel.

How will you handle our returns?
We are happy to assist you in your reverse logistics process. Returns will be handled dependent on your company’s return policy. As soon as a return comes back to the warehouse, you are notified immediately via email notification and resalable items will be returned to stock.
What if I have a rush order that must go out after 1pm?
Immediately contact your account representative and they will assist you in expediting the order.
Will I be able to see how much inventory I have in stock?
Yes, you will be able to access the inventory management software 24/7 at no hosting charge. You can also receive daily inventory reports to your email.
Where is my inventory stored?
You can be confident that your inventory is safely stored in one of our facilities that are equipped with 24 hour security.
